DULAR STEEL PRODUCTS is one of the leading manufactures of PRECISION
GRADE BALLS from High Carbon & Chrome STEEL, STAINLESS STEELS, BRASS, COPPER, SILVER,
TUNGSTEN CARBIDE and other materials (against specific demand like ceramic, glass,
plastic, nitride). Products are made as per different Grades of AFBMA, DIN & ISO
STANDARDS and as asked for by the customers, either as per their product drawings or after
understanding their technical requirements.
The unit was established in the YEAR 1971 by
Mr. YASHPAL VERMA; the proprietor of the Company. An Engineer by profession, he, now, has
a vast experience of over 40 years in the production of Balls. He was also, part of the
team responsible for STARTING THE FIRST THREE BALL MANUFACTURING PLANTS IN INDIA, before
starting this venture.
The company started with manufacturing Cycle
Grade Balls, then switched over entirely to Precision Balls, way back in 1975. Slowly the
product range was expanded to include one of the Most Ductile Materials like SILVER -to
one of the toughest materials like Tungsten Carbide.
The company has a well equipped in-house setup
for Heat Treatment, Tool Room, Quality Control & Power Generation also, to ensure
Consistency In Quality and timely supplies. The in-house Laboratory facilities are
supplemented by the state-of-the-art laboratory, PPDC, which boasts of testing machines
viz. Crack detection, Spectroscopy & the likes.
The company is certified for ISO
9001 : 2000 by BVQI. It is situated in the CITY-OF-TAJ MAHAL
, AGRA. It has three units in Agra a sister Concern, at Himachal Pradesh.
The company is proud to be AUTHORISED for
'SELF-CERTIFICATION' of Product Quality from its valued customers; who themselves are
certified for either ISO 9000 or QS 9000. The company also enjoys Vendor Evaluation Rating
of over 90% from these companies of International Repute.
